I went to the Italian market the other day and picked up a selection of 5 different high quality Italian meats: Speck, Capicola, Genoa Salami, Mortadella with Pistachios, and Prosciutto!
From there it was as simple as putting together some of my favorite sandwich topping combinations!

Italian Dressing (You don’t need to be this precise though! Feel free to expand on it
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
