3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
6 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of honey
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper
Caprese
8-10 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
8-10 Mozzarella Balls, Halved
A few small basil leaves picked from the top of the plant
