Today we’re making 3 insanely delicious Italian sandwiches! Fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and red roasted peppers. A loaded veggie sandwich. And a delicious mortadella and provolone grilled cheese! All three of these Italian style sandwiches are made in a pan with grilled sourdough. If you have a panini press, use it, but it’s not necessary. For the prosciutto sandwich
1 tablespoon butter
2 large pieces of sourdough
⅛-¼ pound prosciutto
1 large red roasted pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
3 slices fresh mozzarella
For the veggie sandwich
1 tablespoon butter
2 large pieces of sourdough
3 slices fresh mozzarella

Cherry pepper spread
1 large red roasted pepper
Lettuce
Tomato
Oil and red wine vinegar – 50/50 ratio
For the mortadella sandwich
1 tablespoon butter
2 large pieces of sourdough
¼ pound mortadella – can be sliced on the thicker side
3-4 slices provolone – used Boar’s Head
