I went to check out Russo’s Mozzarella & Pasta, a true NYC institution to learn how they make their insanely good Fresh Mozzarella, and then of course I had to taste it on one of their classic sandwiches. So I went with Fresh Mozz, Prosciutto, Basil, and a little bit of Vinegar for one NYC’s best Italian subs!
