Potbelly's Copycat – Italian Sandwich

Potbelly’s serves their sandwich with four authentic Italian meats: Capicola, Mortadella, Pepperoni, Salami and Provolone cheese. I made a similar sandwich today that captured all the same flavors using, Sopressata, Capocollo, Genoa Salame, Pepperoni and Provolone Cheese on a hard roll. Added some pickle, you could also add, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise. Enjoy!
